Spartan, Johannesburg

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineering professional with a passion for Hydraulics and leadership? We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Engineering Manager to lead our innovative team and drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge hydraulic solutions.

Key Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD and general computer literacy
• Proven experience in hydraulic systems and component design
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and hydraulic safety regulations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects and departmental operations
• Design and approve hydraulic components and systems
• Provide technical support internally and externally
• Conduct site visits and engage with key stakeholders
• Deliver internal technical training sessions
• Review and approve technical drawings and designs
• Assist with testing and generating detailed technical quotations
