Qualifications

• Proven ability to create impactful visual displays and merchandising concepts.
• Strong understanding of retail environments, customer flow, and sales-driven design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies and concepts for all retail environments.
• Create detailed visual merchandising guidelines, floor plans, and presentation standards for stores nationwide.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure merchandise is displayed effectively to maximize sales potential.
• Manage the creation and deployment of all in-store signage, displays, and promotional materials.
• Oversee the execution of visual merchandising plans, conducting regular store visits and providing training to store teams.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies and adapt to market trends.
