Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology consulting, IT project management, or systems implementation.
- Proven experience with enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, SCM).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and project management methodologies.
Aufgaben
- Assess client technology needs and recommend appropriate software and hardware solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology implementation projects, including system integration and data migration.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to facilitate technology adoption.
- Collaborate with IT departments and business users to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented technologies and provide recommendations for optimization.
