Qualifications

• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish daily content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant conversations, and customer feedback.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Assist in the creation of social media graphics, videos, and other visual content.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports on key insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaign development and execution.
