Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Sales Consultant!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, providing security solutions to our customers.
  2. Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and more to meet client needs.
  3. Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods, with a track record of meeting targets.
  2. Knowledge of intruder detection equipment (e.g., IDS, DSC, AJAX) is advantageous.
  3. Matric or equivalent qualification.
  4. Must have Grade C Psira registration.

Job Requirements & Attributes:

  1. Self-motivated, energetic, and success-driven.
  2. Strong selling, organizational, and time management skills.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet.
  5. Presentable with a professional demeanor, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle.
  6. Passionate about electronic and technical equipment and new business development.

Duties:

  1. Generate and close deals with self-sourced and internal leads.
  2. Build relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and stakeholders.
  3. Provide regular reports on sales progress.
  4. Maintain accurate administrative records.

Performance Standards:

  1. Meet revenue targets and acquire new clients while maintaining existing relationships.
  2. Follow up promptly on leads and quotes to maximize conversions.
