Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, providing security solutions to our customers.
  • Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV, electric fences, and more to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods, with a record of meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of alarm systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX is advantageous.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • PSIRA Grade C registration.

Job Requirements & Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong selling, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet.
  • Professional appearance, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle.
  • Passion for electronic and technical equipment and a hunter for new business.

Duties:

  • Generate and close deals using self-sourced and internal leads.
  • Build relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, etc.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Handle administrative sales duties meticulously.

Performance Standards:

  • Meet revenue targets and acquire new clients while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Follow up promptly on leads and quotes to maximize conversions.
