Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to take a leading role in their business growth and brand development. This full-time position is ideal for a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing a team, developing strategic sales plans, and strengthening client relationships.
Location: Hybrid role with travel between Pretoria Head Office and Johannesburg Warehouse
Salary: R50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Manage a sales and customer service team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct training sessions for staff and clients
Design marketing campaigns to increase revenue
Monitor sales targets and performance
Administer and report using Excel, including large datasets
Collaborate with other departments for strategic growth
Matric certificate
A relevant degree in Marketing or Business is advantageous
5–10 years of experience in sales and sales management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to conduct training sessions
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large amounts of data
Basic accounting knowledge is beneficial
Ability to work independently with strong time management
Fluent in Afrikaans
Own vehicle and willingness to travel
