Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join our client’s established practice in Centurion, Gauteng. You will conduct inspections, analyze market data, and prepare professional valuation reports for financial institutions, legal firms, and private clients.

The role operates on a hybrid model with on-site inspections and client meetings, complemented by office-based analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

Certified Property Valuer with SA-recognized accreditation.
Minimum 5 years' experience across property types.
Strong report writing and analytical skills; knowledge of valuation standards.
Proficiency in property market data analysis.

Responsibilities

Conduct physical inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to assess their condition and value.
Gather and analyze market data, including comparable sales, rental rates, and economic indicators relevant to Centurion, Gauteng and surrounding areas.
Prepare detailed and professional valuation reports adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Liaise with clients, legal professionals, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to provide valuation advice and support.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property market trends, legislation, and valuation methodologies.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all valuation data and documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of valuation processes and reporting.
Assist in resolving client queries and providing expert opinions on property values.
