Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, business admin, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management with a focus on supply chain.
• Proven record of delivering efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with MS Project or Asana and planning tools.
• Willing to commute to Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain optimization projects.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvements and cost reductions.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, and visibility.
• Manage cross-functional teams across operations, procurement, and IT.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Develop timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee new technologies and systems supporting operations.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress and outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communications and align with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
