Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an operations analyst role, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), SQL, and BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand their processes and challenges.
• Support the design and implementation of process improvements and new operational workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
