You will perform routine and advanced molecular biology techniques, analyze results, and help shape the scientific direction of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant laboratory experience in academic or industry settings.
• Proficiency in core molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and scientific documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced molecular biology techniques, including PCR, cloning, Western blotting, and cell culture.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and investigate biological mechanisms.
• Analyze experimental data using appropriate software and contribute to the interpretation of results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and records.
• Collaborate with senior scientists and researchers to achieve project goals.
• Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and scientific publications.
