Job description

This role reports to a Regional Sales Manager and will be part of a sales team where trust, team spirit, a passion for winning, and leadership are highly valued.

Success Criteria
  • Full ownership and high accountability for your business (i.e., account, territory, area, customers).
  • Ability to develop and recommend business strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term growth for customers and P&G.
  • Adherence to P&G's Purpose, Values, Principles, and policies, especially in handling confidential information.
Responsibilities
  1. Generate sales through regular interactions with assigned customers and by developing new projects aligned with sales objectives.
  2. Make calls on existing or potential customers and represent the company in all matters concerning product and service delivery.
  3. Stay informed about new products or services and continuously upgrade product knowledge and selling techniques.
  4. Transform insights gathered from the field, shoppers, and customer interactions into actionable plans to grow the business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in the medical field, with an excellent academic record (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Experience or training in pharmacy, especially in Field Sales, Trade Marketing, and Sales Management within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Leadership qualities and a passion to drive results.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and flexibility to relocate if necessary.
