Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial kitchen cleaning, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, local health department requirements).
• Experience with specialized kitchen cleaning equipment (e.g., pressure washers, degreasers, ventilation system cleaners).

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of commercial kitchen deep cleaning technicians.
• Develop and implement comprehensive deep cleaning plans for various food service establishments.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and health codes.
• Oversee the correct and safe use of specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed cleaning jobs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members on deep cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and client service.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
