Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Familiarity with routers and switches is a plus.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Support users with network-related inquiries and provide basic network support.
• Help maintain network security by assisting with the implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
