Placements24 is seeking a data-savvy HR Data Analyst in Benoni to turn HR data into actionable insights that inform workforce decisions. The role blends data analysis with strategic HR support in a hybrid work setting.

You will collect, clean, and analyze HR metrics from HRIS, payroll, and surveys; build dashboards; and present findings to senior leaders to guide talent strategy and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR data structures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within HR data to support strategic initiatives.
