Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the guest relations department, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Serve as a key point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty programs.
• Conduct pre-arrival check-ins and post-departure follow-ups with guests.
