Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CFP certification (or equivalent) desirable.
• 3-5 years of financial planning or advisory experience.
• Knowledge of investment vehicles, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM and financial planning software.
• Hybrid role based in Welkom, Free State office.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs, including retirement planning and investment strategies.
• Analyze clients' financial situations, assets, liabilities, income, and expenditures.
• Provide expert advice on investment products, insurance, and estate planning.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and adjust strategies as needed.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets and performance goals.
• Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
