You will mentor colleagues, stay ahead of market trends, and collaborate with tax and estate professionals to deliver integrated wealth management solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation is essential.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning with a proven track record with high-net-worth clients.
• Leadership or team management experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies, retirement planning, tax laws, and estate planning.

• Lead and mentor a team of financial planners, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
