Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial cleaning management or related facilities management.
• Proven leadership of cleaning teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene best practices.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sanitation plans for a portfolio of commercial buildings.
• Supervise, train and manage day-to-day cleaning operations and staff performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and compliance.
• Manage budgets for supplies, equipment and third-party services.
• Source and procure high-quality cleaning products cost-effectively.
• Develop and implement health and safety protocols for staff.
• Act as primary contact for tenants/building owners on sanitation matters.
• Respond promptly to sanitation-related issues or emergencies.
• Maintain records of schedules, staff activities, inventory and expenses.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
