Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Energy Data Analyst to join its analytics team in Mahikeng. This hybrid role focuses on collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large energy datasets to inform operations and strategy.

You will build predictive models, create dashboards, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and business development to translate data into actionable recommendations. A strong background in statistics, ML, and data visualization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the energy sector.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities
