Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• Understanding of the national curriculum framework for early years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work within a hybrid model, adapting to both in-center and potential remote duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational activities for children.
