Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with young children in a formal childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental theories.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in developing educational materials and lesson plans.
• A passion for fostering a love of learning in children.
• Adaptability to a hybrid work model, balancing remote tasks with on-site responsibilities.
• Knowledge of inclusive education practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
