• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content with graphics and video.
• Monitor channels, respond to inquiries to foster positive interactions.
• Assist in social media advertising campaigns within budgets and targets.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to engagement/reach/traffic reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in e-commerce.
