Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a creative E-commerce Content Creator & Social Media Specialist for a hybrid role in Gauteng. You will craft engaging content, manage our client's social channels, and support e-commerce marketing initiatives across platforms.

This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing online retailer environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, proficient with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut and InShot, and can collaborate with the marketing

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Content Creator or Social Media Specialist.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Video editing with CapCut or InShot.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with graphics, short videos and copy.
• Develop and schedule social posts per content calendar.
• Monitor channels for trends, respond to comments and inquiries.
• Assist in social media campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm content ideas and concepts.
• Track metrics and report performance for improvement.
• Support e-commerce with product descriptions and website updates.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in content creation.
