Job summary

OLIVER in Durban, South Africa, is seeking a Creator & Influencer Partnerships Manager to connect brands with authentic creators across social platforms.

You will recruit and manage a diverse creator community, drive engagement, activate campaigns, and report on outcomes, with a hybrid pattern requiring 3 days in studio.

The role involves scaling the creator programme across markets while collaborating with the Brandtech Group and client teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator management for consumer brands.
• Experience identifying, recruiting and briefing creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Experience building ongoing creator communities or ambassador programmes.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer contracts, usage rights, and disclosure rules.
• Experience with budget tracking and purchase orders.
• Creative briefing skills for gifting concepts and activations.
• Excellent communication with brand clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI tools to support research and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit diverse creators who authentically represent the brand.
• Develop and manage a creator engagement programme with long-term relationships.
• Coordinate influencer content into broader calendars and plans.
• Track content rights, approvals, and disclosure compliance.
• Report on campaign performance, community growth and impact.
