Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital communications, content marketing, or social media management.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful digital communication strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of digital content.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics (Google Analytics).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Experience with CMS such as WordPress.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Create, curate, and manage content for website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
• Manage and optimize social media presence to drive engagement and growth.
• Monitor and analyze website and social metrics, and campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Write and edit compelling copy for digital channels while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure cohesive efforts.
• Stay updated with digital communication trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM and paid social advertising.
• Manage online community engagement and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist in crisis communication planning for digital channels.
