Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with cost accounting focus.
• 3–5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in cost accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard costing systems and ensure accurate product costing.
• Analyze variances between actual and standard costs with explanations and recommendations.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts related to production and operational costs.
• Perform inventory valuation and reconciliation.
• Generate cost performance reports and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and operations to understand cost drivers.
