Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist for our Upington-based legal team. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and managing a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

The ideal candidate has a law- or business-related degree and at least 4 years of contract management experience, with strong negotiation and analytical skills. The role offers a hybrid work model combining office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract law and principles.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts (vendor agreements, NDAs, SLAs).
• Manage contract lifecycle: store, track, renew/terminate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
• Identify risks and liabilities within contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations.
