Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting.
• Solid understanding of business insurance products (e.g., Property, Liability, Workers' Compensation).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant professional designations (e.g., CIP, ACII) are highly regarded.
• Proficiency in underwriting systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assess and underwrite new and renewal commercial insurance applications across various business types.
• Analyze financial statements, loss history, and operational exposures to determine risk acceptability.
• Develop appropriate pricing, terms, and conditions for commercial policies.
