The hybrid role allows remote work alongside the client’s local office, enabling flexible site oversight and collaboration with investigators and sponsors.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree, at least 3 years of CRA experience, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of CRA experience in pharmaceutical clinical trials.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with site monitoring visits and managing clinical trial sites.
• Proficiency in using CTMS and EDC systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits (initiation, monitoring, close-out) per protocol.
• Verify data accuracy via source data verification.
• Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Train and support investigative sites on procedures.
• Monitor recruitment and site retention to meet targets.
• Oversee investigational products handling and accountability.
• Prepare progress reports for the project team.
• Report adverse events and protocol deviations promptly.
• Maintain regulatory documentation at clinical sites.
• Build strong relationships with investigators and sponsors.
