Job summary

Candidate will require a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, 5+ years in program management, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation Management, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in childcare or youth development.
• Proven experience in curriculum or program development.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and budgeting abilities.
• Knowledge of child safety regulations and best practices.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute engaging enrichment programs for children of various ages.
• Recruit, train, and manage program staff and volunteers.
• Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial accountability.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in the programs, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Market and promote programs to parents and the community.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, children, and community partners.
• Monitor program effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, facility usage, and material procurement.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in child development and recreational programming.
• Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and record-keeping related to program operations.
