Job summary

Frogg Recruitment SA in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with 3-4 years’ experience to take books to Trial Balance and support payroll on SAGE and Simple pay. The role reports to the accountant and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will handle debtors and creditors processing, bank reconciliations, VAT submissions, and SARS eFiling, with strong Excel and Word skills. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of solid bookkeeping on SAGE/Pastel
• Debtors and Creditors processing and reconciliation
• Bank statement reconciliation experience
• Excel and Word skills
• Payroll assistance on SAGE payroll for ~45 staff
• SARS/E-Filing EMP 201, 502 experience
• VAT calculations and submissions
