Placements24 is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager with a strong focus on computer vision to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate with engineering, research, marketing, and sales to bring AI-powered CV solutions to market, addressing real customer needs in Soweto and beyond.

Responsibilities include market research, backlog prioritization, and creating detailed requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML products, especially computer vision.
• Strong understanding of computer vision concepts, algorithms, and applications.

Responsabilités

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered computer vision products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with AI research and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and track key product metrics and iterate on features.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales for product launches.
• Act as the subject matter expert for computer vision products within the company.
