Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nanny in Upington, Northern Cape to care for two school-aged children, ages 7 and 10. The role emphasizes a safe, engaging environment, after-school supervision, and support for remote learning where needed.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive and well-organized, capable of managing homework, planning activities, and maintaining the children's wellbeing. A hybrid engagement is possible with occasional remote coordination with parents.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience with school-aged children.
• First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reliable and punctual.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; willing to undergo background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive and safe care for two school-aged children (7 and 10).
• Supervise and assist with homework and create conducive study environment.
• Plan and facilitate after-school activities, including sports, crafts, and outdoor play.
• Prepare healthy snacks and light meals for the children.
• Ensure good hygiene and daily routines are followed.
• Communicate with parents about progress, social interactions and well-being.
• Maintain an organized living space for the children.
• Assist with remote learning platforms as needed.
• Transport children to and from extracurricular activities as needed.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for growth and development.
