Key Responsibilities:- 3–5 years in sales or specification of humidification/dehumidification systems (ideally Condair or similar brands).
- Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, perform room-volume and air-change calculations, and recommend appropriate equipment
- Proven track record of consultative sales from discovery through close
- Hands-on experience with Pipedrive (or equivalent) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Hunter Mentality: Comfortable with cold calls, new-lead outreach, and owning targets
- Resilience & Persistence: Recovers quickly from setbacks and refines approach
- Analytical Orientation: Uses sales metrics (conversion rates, deal size, cycle time) to optimize performance
- Communication & Relationship Building: Builds trust with engineers, contractors, and end users
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:- Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Refrigeration – OR equivalent technical-sales experience (3+ years).
- Desirable but not mandatory: Membership in SAIRAC or SARACA.
- Valid Code B (or equivalent) driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of time, including overnight stays.
- Fluent English; Afrikaans or other local language an advantage
- Ability to prepare/deliver technical presentations (PowerPoint, demos)
