Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or technical management.
• Strong refrigerations, HVAC and air-conditioning product knowledge.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and performance data.
• Knowledge of product costing, margins and commercial viability.
• Experience with supplier evaluation and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the company's product portfolio.
• Evaluate new products, suppliers and emerging technologies.
• Provide technical product expertise and support to the national branch network.
• Assess product costs, margins, competitiveness and viability.
• Identify gaps, duplication and obsolete products within existing ranges.
• Coordinate product testing and technical evaluations with Engineering.
• Develop technical training and product knowledge throughout the business.
