Placements24 in Bloemfontein seeks a skilled HVAC Installation and Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will install, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to read schematics. You will provide clear explanations to clients and work across the Free State province, with attention to safety, efficiency, and lasting results.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with installation and repair skills.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, wiring and troubleshooting.
NTC or F-Gas certification is required.
Ability to read manuals and schematics; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping and components per specs.
Perform maintenance, inspections and tune-ups on equipment.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including refrigeration, heating and ventilation.
Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure installations and repairs meet industry standards and safety regulations.
Explain services performed and recommendations clearly to clients.
