Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a senior leadership role in HVAC, building services or facilities management.
• Proven track record in project delivery, operational leadership and financial performance in HVAC.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration, building automation, and technical standards.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC technologies and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, operational and people management skills.
• Financial and commercial acumen specific to HVAC projects.
• Client relationship and negotiation expertise.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
• Commitment to health & safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth in the HVAC market.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to guide product and service development.
