Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Boksburg for a Human Resources Partner.

The HR Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, providing guidance on employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law.

This role involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting employee onboarding, handling employee grievances, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

The HR Partner will also assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

1. Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
2. Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
3. Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
