Overview

We are seeking an individual with strong knowledge and experience in labour relations/law, combined with general human resources expertise.

The candidate should possess understanding, knowledge, and acumen in human resources, recruitment, talent management, administration, and skills development.

The role involves acting as the interface between operations and support functions, as well as the Head Office HR team.

This position focuses on solving problems, implementing projects and initiatives, resolving conflicts, monitoring HR compliance, and supporting operations and other functions within the business.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Implementing new company policies
  2. Advising managers and staff on policies and procedures
  3. Addressing employee queries related to compensation, labour regulations, and other relevant topics

Required qualifications, attributes, and skills:

  • Law degree specializing in labour law
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a strong understanding of labour relations law
  • Honours or Master's degree is an advantage
  • Proven experience in a senior management or equivalent HR role
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Team management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills focused on process improvement and data-driven decisions
