Job Title: Human Resources Manager (French Speaking)

Globe 24-7, in partnership with a key client, is seeking an experienced and qualified French-speaking Human Resources Manager for their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This role involves supporting mining operations and requires flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Join our mining operations team as an HR Manager, based ideally in South Africa or West Africa.
2. Communicate regularly with teams and partners across Francophone regions, requiring fluency in French.
3. Implement and oversee HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
4. Manage labor relations, including union interactions and compliance with West African labor laws.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 7-10 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the mining industry.
3. Extensive experience with unions, industrial relations, and West African labor law.
4. Proven track record of developing effective HR strategies.
5. Experience managing HR functions across multiple regions or countries is preferred.
6. Fluency in French and English.
