Minimum Qualifications: Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory). A formal qualification in Human Resources or related field is highly advantageous, but not essential.
Experience: Experience managing full HR functions, including payroll, compliance, training, and performance management.
Practical knowledge and experience in:
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), competence in HR systems and online statutory portals. Strong attention to detail and process compliance.
Knowledge & Competencies: Solid understanding of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA, etc.). Familiarity with SARS and Department of Labour reporting requirements. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills. Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
