Lexdan Select is assisting a Mining Services company with their search for an HR Manager. The role is based in Pretoria.

Salary on offer is between R700 000 - R900 000 p.a

Duties and Responsibilities:

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and health insurance.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and overseeing employee development initiatives.

Recruitment and Hiring:

Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

Performance Management:

Developing and implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees.

HR Strategy:

Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business goals.
