Human Resources Manager (EE)
Century City, Cape Town
Package: R40,000 p/m + Medical Aid + Provident Fund + 13th Cheque
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage our HR function at a strategic and operational level.
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our people strategy - from driving talent development and compliance to supporting employee engagement and leading labour relations. This is a hands-on, impactful position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & performance management
  • Driving training, development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Overseeing payroll, compensation, and HR reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with all South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE, SDA, BBBEE)
  • Leading CCMA processes and managing bargaining council agreements (BCCEI)
  • Maintaining and optimising HRIS systems
  • Supporting employee engagement and retention strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
  • 5+ years' relevant HR management experience
  • Solid knowledge of SA labour legislation & proven CCMA exposure
  • Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel and HRIS platforms
  • Strong project management and operational HR capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
