Our client, a leading company in the Food Industry, is looking for an HR Manager based in Arcadia, Pretoria.

The purpose of this position is to facilitate as Human Resources Manager for a Franchisee within a multinational in the Food Industry, performing all functions within the Generalist framework of HR.

Total spectrum of conflict handling

• Manage and maintain Industrial Relations within the company
• Training and Development

Career path and succession planning

• Organisational planning
• Development of Managers
• Human Resources Admin

Desired Experience & Qualification

• HR Degree / Diploma
• 5 years experience as a Generalist within the Retail, Wholesale, FMCG, or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
• 5 years experience in the full cycle of Industrial Relations
