This role focuses on employee engagement, talent management, and driving strategies to enhance company performance, ensuring alignment with our luxury brand standards.Key Responsibilities & Duties : Recruitment & Talent ManagementInterview and recommend candidates aligned with company culture.Ensure proper induction and training for new recruits.Employee Engagement & RetentionBuild relationships with top talent and develop retention plans.Monitor employee morale and advise management on improvement strategies.Performance Management & Industrial RelationsStatutory ComplianceMonthly Reporting & AdministrationRequirementsPostgraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR management role.In-depth knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS like Zoho, Sage, or SAP.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational abilities.Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
