Job description

Purpose of the position : This position is responsible for developing and implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing recruitment, training, payroll, and compliance with South African labour laws, and facilitating strong employee relations.

Manage Bargaining council agreements (BCCEI)

PREREQUISITES

Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.

10 years’ experience

Comprehensive knowledge of South African Labour Law, including LRA, BCEA, Employment Equity, and Skills Development Acts.

Proven track record in CCMA proceedings.

Experience with Skills Development Facilitation (SDF).

Proficiency in Advanced Excel and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Hands-on operational approach to HR.

Ability to work autonomously.
