Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions

- Oversee employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- [5] years of experience in human resources management or a related role

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Salary expectation: R30000.00
