Job description

Overview:

We're hiring experienced HR technologists (7+ years) to lead the design and management of HR systems aligned with business architecture principles. This role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors, automation, and AI to drive operational efficiency and strategic alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve the HR tech blueprint using SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central).
  • Lead end-to-end HRIS projects, integrating automation and AI.
  • Collaborate with IT, AI teams, and business leaders to deploy scalable solutions.
  • Ensure system integrity, data quality, and compliance.
  • Contribute to technology selection and RFP processes.
  • Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and key stakeholders.
  • Promote ethical and compliant use of AI and automation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in HRIS management with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Expertise in Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong skills in HR analytics, process optimization, and system design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in business architecture, process modeling, or enterprise system design.
  • Experience with automation tools, AI, and strategic HR tech initiatives.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Employee Central).
  • Degree or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and business architecture.
  • Proficiency in automation (RPA), AI, and HR data governance.
  • Strong integration skills (APIs, middleware) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding of cloud HR platforms, machine learning frameworks, and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with scripting (Python, SQL) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
