Lexdan Select is assisting a Call Centre with their search for an HR Generalist, based in Cape Town.

The salary range on offer is between R360k - R420k p/a.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing core HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee engagement, talent management, and retention strategies.
• Responsible for managing industrial and employee relations, disciplinary procedures, VIP payroll processing, and overall HR administration.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology (minimum requirement).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in a call centre environment.
